Welcome to my shop! I make handmade playing card holders to help you enjoy your card games comfortably. When you buy from my website, you agree to the simple rules below.

 1. Making and Shipping Your Order

  • Handmade Quality: Each card holder is made by hand. Because of this, yours might have very slight variations in the wood grain or color from the pictures on my website.

  • Processing Time: I need 1 to 3 business days to carefully pack and prepare your order before it ships out.

  • Delivery: I mail all packages using standard mail. I will email you a tracking number so you can see when it will arrive at your house.

 2. Prices and Payment

  • Safe Payments: I accept major credit cards and secure online payments.

  • Full Payment: Your payment is processed safely when you place your order. I only ship your items after payment is complete.

  • Sales Tax: Any required sales tax will be clearly added at the checkout screen before you pay.

3. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • 30-Day Guarantee: If you are not happy with your card holder, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund.

  • Return Condition: The item must be unused and in the same good condition that you received it.

  • Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for paying the postage cost to mail the item back to me.

  • Damaged Items: If your holder arrives broken or damaged from the mail, please contact me immediately so I can replace it for free.

4. Privacy and Security

  • Your Information: I only use your name, address, and email to ship your order and talk to you about your purchase.

  • No Sharing: I will never sell or share your personal information with anyone else.
